Support we offer

Women's Group

We offer a group for women who hear voices and/or self harm on a Monday from 11-2.30. This space is open to people who identify as women and to non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that is focused on women. 

Tuesday Group

This group meets on a Tuesday from 11-2.30. This group is for anyone who either hear voices or self harm to chat about their mental health. 

Hearing Voices Group

We offer a weekly peer group for adults who hear voices on a Wednesday from 11-2.30. At this group you can talk about your experience with voices and learn how to cope better. This is a mixed gender group and open to anyone who hears voices. 

Self-Harm Group 

We offer a weekly peer group for adults who self-harm every Friday on WhatsApp at 1pm. At this group you can talk about your self-harm experiences with others and learn new ways to manage. 

Evening chat

There is an evening chat group on a Thursday for members to come together and chat about that weeks topic (which is decided by the people in the group). This is a space to talk about more general mental health things that come up for people. This group is only open to members of another group. 

1 to 1 Project

Change one thing - Six weeks of support to help you find a technique to cope with either voices or self harm. The one to one support is on a Thursday by appointment and is carried out over the phone or video call. please contact us to be put on the waiting list for the next block.

Counselling

We offer open ended person centred counselling to members. Our counsellors are trained in trauma, hearing voices and self-harm as well as a variety of other issues. Our counselling is open ended and members are welcome to take a break and come back to it. Counselling is only available for members of a group. 

Art projects 

We offer art sessions a few times a year to members. These sessions have led to our group producing 5 Zines, an art exhibition in GOMA 2025 and an art exhibition for the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2025
