1. Do I Have to hear voices and self harm?
No. You can hear voices or self harm and still get support. We will also support you if you experience both.
2. Do you have a drop in?
We do not offer a drop in service at the moment. If you'd like to come along, give us a call, text or email and we will arrange for you to come along to a group.
3. How do I refer myself or someone else?
Referring yourself is super easy, just call, text or email and we will get in touch and take it from there.
Referring someone else is also pretty easy, just call, text or email and we will arrange to contact you or give you more information for the person you are supporting.
We operate a voicemail referral so you don't have to talk to anyone right away, just leave a message and we will get back to you within a few days.
4. How much does it cost?
The service is free to access.
5. How long can I come for
Groups and counselling are open ended and support is there for as long as you want it. The one to one project is time limited at 6 weeks per block but you are welcome to take part in more than one block.
6. What's it like?
The groups are pretty relaxed, just people with a shared experience drinking tea and chatting about their experience. You wont be forced to talk about anything, you talk about things in your own time.
7. Is there a waiting list
For groups there is no waiting list, we will try to get you into the next available and suitable group.
For one to one support there is a waiting list as it runs in 6 week blocks. You will be told how long the wait is when you contact us.
8. Do I have to live in Glasgow
No. We are open to anyone in Glasgow and the surrounding areas. We also offer very unique support so we will support anyone who is able to get to us. We also offer telephone support (one to one project) as a short term intervention for those struggling to travel.
